A three-storey, multi-tenant office building located on the University of Regina Campus.
The new building is linked to an existing single-storey building and takes maximum advantage of available site area. It was conceived as a ‘gateway’ building between the University of Regina and the Research and Technology Park.
The building site features high-quality landscaping, courtyards, and tenant amenities to meet the requirements of the Wascana Centre Authority. The building is clad with buff coloured Tyndall stone and incorporates high-performance triple-glazed windows with sunshades. On the interior, tenant amenities included in the base building design are a fitness centre and a common meeting room.
